Spring Park Capital secured rights to acquire a portfolio of 1016 residential rooftop PV installations and 66 commercial ground mounted PV installations comprising 6.4 MWp generating 5,097 MWh of annual energy with an enterprise value c.£20m

Our expert knowledge about the sector and the underlying assets allowed Spring Park Capital to approach the Seller direct and begin negotiations to acquire the portfolio on a bilateral basis.

The transaction was completed in December 2024 with equity capital from a private family office.
