£50m residential rooftop solar portfolio

Spring Park Capital secured rights to acquire a portfolio of 4,250 residential rooftop PV installations comprising 13.8MW generating 11,900 MWh of annual energy with an enterprise value c.£50m

Our expert knowledge about the sector and the underlying assets allowed us to approach the Seller direct and begin negotiations to acquire the portfolio on a bilateral basis.

The transaction was completed in December 2023 with equity capital from one private UK financial institution and debt from two private UK financial institutions who continued to provide loan facilities.
